Sam
Sam turns 8 tomorrow. He is a cancer survivor. I look at him with wonder. If this were the 1970s, he would not be here. We are playing baseball on the Wii right now.

Just saw you commented on my blog page. Haven’t been on there for a while but you asked how I am doing. I am doing well currently not on any chemo or treatment. We are planning to harvest some of my stem cells and store them for a future stem cell transplant. One we harvest them we have many, many other options. Like you said this would not have been possible in the 70’s. God is good, I continue to pray for Sam.

Praise God for the advancements since the 1970’s and Sam’s healing. I am walking through that journey right now and am very thankful for my doctor and the advancements.
