Full 25 named for White House Faith council

ALL 25 MEMBERS of the White House Council on Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships have been named, as of today. Among the 25 are Noel Castellanos of the Christian Community Development Association. Each member is appointed to a one-year term.
