The sweetest thing: U2 and friends make rock ‘n’ roll history at the Rose Bowl:

And I missed it. From the tweets and Facebook postings of friends, the concert was awesome, magical, memorable, and otherwise all that. My wife and I are big fans. One of our first dates was at a U2 Zoo TV concert at Dodger Stadium. Another date was at the Arrowhead Pond in 2005. But you know what? They’ve just announced a show for June 30, 2010 in East Lansing, MI. That’s about an hour away from Grand Rapids. We are angling for tickets now.
